After the success of Vasco Mendes’ online portfolio, I was invited to design and develop for his creative duo with João Diogo Marques — Gattopardo. Their work go between doing fashion films, documentaries and music videos.
They asked me for a minimalist but contrasting design that could translate their visual style.
I took the opportunity to design an asymmetric layout that needed the help of CSS Flex Grid, which I had never used before.
Simultaneously, in a minimalistic way, it translates spots in a fur that a cat can have — correlating to the project's name.
