David Lopes is a printmaker from Porto, who finished his Master's and decided to turn his thesis into an interesting object. So, he solicited a coptic stitch with a hardcover made with his own gravures – part of his practical project. In these images, you can see the final product where the binding perfectly matches the subject inside of the object.
And I enjoyed a lot binding this thesis in his company.
